COLUMBINE ROOM

Expansive windows, a wraparound deck, and a stone fireplace create an intimate setting for up to 58 guests, with the option to connect to the adjacent Gore Creek Room to accommodate up to 150 guests.

LION SQUARE LAWN

An open-air venue set alongside a creek with panoramic Rocky Mountain views, ideal for receptions, dinners, reunions, and outdoor gatherings of all kinds.

GORE CREEK ROOM

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a wraparound deck frame panoramic views of Vail Mountain, Gore Creek, and the hotel pool. Accommodates up to 95 guests, with the option to connect to the adjacent Columbine Room for a combined 2,300 square feet.

WILDWOOD ROOM

As the hotel’s largest meeting space, the Wildwood Room can be divided into three separate rooms or combined into one large venue for up to 250 guests. The adjoining Wildwood Foyer is ideal for registration or refreshment breaks. Host everything from grand dinner receptions to trade shows and classroom sessions with ease.

Columbine Room
